MVS provides a wide variety of services by being a premium partner with leading Satellite operators: MVS is an Iridium Tier1 Service Provider, Inmarsat Distribution Partner, Accounting Authority consortium, the owner/ operator of the 0-1- 5- Worldwide Land Earth Station (LES) network and an FCC licensed carrier, Thuraya Service Provider and a VSAT Operator.

Our customer service team works to assist the customer from a free satellite communications consultation to connecting their airtime and email services to providing tech support for their satellite services and devices.

Pivotel Advantage

Part of the Pivotel Advantage is the suite of products and services we provide, but a bigger part is our focus on customer care. We have SelfCare, a customer portal where the customer can view their airtime bills, set up auto payments, and configure spend alerts for their satellite data usage. Customers get free calling to the customer care team to get tech support or ask questions about their airtime.
