MVS USA is a global provider of Satellite Communication Solutions since 1993 with offices on 3 continents and operates its own secured PoP in New-York and Amsterdam. MVS provides a wide variety of services by being a premium partner with leading Satellite operators: MVS is an Iridium Tier1 Service Provider, Inmarsat Distribution Partner, Accounting Authority consortium, the owner/ operator of the 0-1- 5- Worldwide Land Earth Station (LES) network and an FCC licensed carrier, Thuraya Service Provider and a VSAT Operator.

MVS has also built a solid global network of Telecom industry partners and will work with you to construct a custom-tailored, all-inclusive communications solution to suit any company, large or small. MVS has built a strong reputation throughout the world by creating a unique personal business relationship with each customer. Each customer is assigned a personal account representative who will assist the customer with all of his or her needs.

MVS USA, based just a short distance outside of NYC, The MVS Group New Jersey location serves as the main commercial office and corporate headquarters for global sales. As a licensed carrier, MVS wholesales leased and private line services. US government services are an active part of the MVS USA portfolio, having been a successful DITCO vendor and a GSA supplier for over 7 years.

MVS Communications based in Cyprus, serves Europe, and is the MVS gateway to the Middle East. The Cyprus location provides equipment warehousing, installations and service for the entire portfolio of mobile satellite services provided by MVS. Located in LImassol, this Cyprus office not only serves the Mediterranean sea-faring community; but the world at large as the MVS licensed distributor and equipment service center for Cobham, JRC, Iridium, Thuraya as well as VSat equipment.

The MVS 24/7 Customer Service team offers customer service and trouble ticketing online and in-person. All calls and trouble tickets are managed live by the MVS staff, 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

MVS.net, the most comprehensive dashboard available, is the MVS online tool for activations, pin codes, firewalls, VAS, customer care, reporting and billing. The dashboard offers a user-friendly design and single access to all services.

To better serve our customers, each MVS office and member of the MVS team is bilingual, offering support services in English and a second language. In total, the MVS Group offers customer support in English, Dutch, German, Spanish, Russian, and Greek. All MVS services are offered online for ease of communications; but, MVS still believes in the personal touch and our customer service team is always ready to take your calls.
